Payment Policy

This following policies apply to the purchases you make through CardioTennis.com:

Access To Services / Shipping Information

For orders involving the purchase of access to the online tools and Authorized Provider benefits that are offered through CardioTennis.com, you will gain immediate access to purchased services upon payment of the specified service fees.  If requested, we will automatically bill your account monthly for the specified service fee and your access to these services will continue until you choose to cancel service.

For purchases that involve delivery of physical product (ie; a Cardio Tennis court banner) your order will fulfilled a shipped by standard ground service.  Order fulfillment will occur within 5 business days of your purchase and you can expect receipt with in 14 business days after your purchase. You will notified by email when your order is received and again when your order has shipped.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation

You can cancel your access to the services offered through CardioTennis.com at any time by accessing your “My Services” page.  Locate the feature you wish to discontinue and click “Cancel Service”.  You will continue to have access to the specified feature (ie; member invite tool) through the end of the current billing period (service month) at which time your access will be revoked and no further charges will be incurred.

Purchases of physical product (ie; Cardio Tennis court banners) are non-refundable.  In the event that your purchase arrives damaged or fails to arrive, we will ship a replacement product.

Purchases of CardioTennis.com Authorized Provider memberships, CardioTennis.com clinic enrollments, and CardioTennis.com VIP Memberships are non-refundable.  At the discretion of Tencap Tennis, LLC, your account may be credited for a future Authorized Provider membership or CardioTennis.com clinic enrollment or granted an extended VIP Membership term.
